Details of modified 2008 Audi A4
– Will the wheels 17x8.0 35 offset with P 245/40 R17 tires fit on a 2008 Audi A4?
– Yes, they will fit. As you can see from the pics this 2008 Audi A4 is running Enkei RPF1s 17x8.0 with 5.88” backspacing and Dunlop Direzza Sport Z1 Star P 245/40 R17 tires.
They were custom drilled as Enkei doesn't make 17x8 RPF1s in 5x112, so they were originally 5x114.3 but redrilled to 5x112.
They fit fine even if you are low as you can see I was low while driving on them with no issues however you need to get your front fenders rolled, rear you don't need to do anything.
Wheels weigh 16 lbs each, compared to the 28 lbs of the stock AVUS wheel, I noticed a great improvement in acceleration as well as lighter steering.

Definitions
Wheel Offset
Refers to how your car’s or truck’s wheels and tires are mounted and sit in the wheel wells.
– Zero wheel offset is when the hub mounting surface is in line with the centerline of the wheel.
– Positive wheel offset is when the hub mounting surface is in front (more toward the street side) of the centerline of the wheel. Most wheels on front-wheel drive cars and newer rear-drive vehicles have positive offset.
– Negative offset is when the hub mounting surface is behind the wheel centerline. “Deep dish” wheels are typically a negative offset.
