Details of modified 2009 BMW 135
– Will the wheels 18x8.0 45 offset with P 225/40 R18 tires fit on a 2009 BMW 135?
– Yes, they will fit. As you can see from the pics this 2009 BMW 135 is running Alufelgen CS7 18x8.0 with 6.27” backspacing and Michelin Pilot Sport 3 P 225/40 R18 tires.
Suspension: Birds springs, dampers, ARB (5mm drop at front, standard height at rear).
Notes: I don't think I have any rubbing but have noticed a very slight noise that happens vary rarely when going over a speed bump. The noise seems to occur when the car drops back to the normal road level, not when going up the bump. I shall report back if it is definitely related to the new wheels and tyres.

Definitions
Wheel Offset
Refers to how your car’s or truck’s wheels and tires are mounted and sit in the wheel wells.
– Zero wheel offset is when the hub mounting surface is in line with the centerline of the wheel.
– Positive wheel offset is when the hub mounting surface is in front (more toward the street side) of the centerline of the wheel. Most wheels on front-wheel drive cars and newer rear-drive vehicles have positive offset.
– Negative offset is when the hub mounting surface is behind the wheel centerline. “Deep dish” wheels are typically a negative offset.
