– Will the wheels 17x9.0 40 offset with P 245/40 R17 tires fit on a 2013 Scion FR-S?
– Yes, they will fit. As you can see from the pics this 2013 Scion FR-S is running Gram Lights 57Xtreme 17x9.0 with 6.57” backspacing and Federal SS-595 P 245/40 R17 tires.

stock suspension, stock alignment
No rubbing, even at full lock. No issues at the fender or liner, front or rear. There’s about 5mm clearance between inside front tire and spring perch, not enough space to get any camber using crash bolts while on the stock springs. I’ll probably do camber plates instead so I can run RCE Yellows. I don’t want spacers or any more offset if I can avoid it.

Definitions
Wheel Offset
Refers to how your car’s or truck’s wheels and tires are mounted and sit in the wheel wells.
– Zero wheel offset is when the hub mounting surface is in line with the centerline of the wheel.
– Positive wheel offset is when the hub mounting surface is in front (more toward the street side) of the centerline of the wheel. Most wheels on front-wheel drive cars and newer rear-drive vehicles have positive offset.
– Negative offset is when the hub mounting surface is behind the wheel centerline. “Deep dish” wheels are typically a negative offset.
