– Will the wheels 18x8.5 45 offset with P 245/40 R18 tires fit on a 2013 Subaru BRZ?
– Yes, they will fit. As you can see from the pics this 2013 Subaru BRZ is running Gram Lights 57Maximum 18x8.5 with 6.52” backspacing and BF Goodrich R1 P 245/40 R18 tires.
I put about 30 miles on the setup and only experienced slight rubbing when I had the wheel turned all the way to the right driving in tight circles (this didn't happen when turning left). The car is still on stock suspension and I think this combo might rub the fender if lowered since the tires stick out a little ways from the fender. Also, I think a +42 or 40 offset would be better for this combo of width and tire. I'm planning on refinishing the wheels, since several have curb rash, and going with a 225/40/18 or a 235/40/18 street tire when I get back from a TDY in August.

Definitions
Wheel Offset
Refers to how your car’s or truck’s wheels and tires are mounted and sit in the wheel wells.
– Zero wheel offset is when the hub mounting surface is in line with the centerline of the wheel.
– Positive wheel offset is when the hub mounting surface is in front (more toward the street side) of the centerline of the wheel. Most wheels on front-wheel drive cars and newer rear-drive vehicles have positive offset.
– Negative offset is when the hub mounting surface is behind the wheel centerline. “Deep dish” wheels are typically a negative offset.
